“I heard before that it (senior year) was going to be the coolest year and I was going to miss high school. I also heard that I was going to be fed up with everything. Well, at least for me it has been pretty chill. I just have some credit related stuff to take care of but besides that I passed all of my tests and everything. I want to go to Valencia and study photography, I think it’s going to be fun, it’s one of the things I love to do. It’s going to be a lot of hard work because it’s not a stable job. I’ve had a lot of different friendships for sure. My first half of high school was in Brazil. Then I came to the US and I went to a different school. I still talk to my friends from Brazil till this day. These friends were definitely ones that helped me find myself as a person. It was a huge group so I got to observe how everyone was. Growing up in Brazil was definitely different from here. It was a lot of fun and I miss it a lot, even when I was in Brazil I would watch a lot of YouTube of people from here. I kind of got a good notion of how this country was while growing up. I think I would’ve been a lot different if I grew up in the US.” -Fabrizzia Gimenez Vida
