“I’ve been wanting to vlog since I was little because I’m really into makeup, fashion, and traveling. So, once I got into high school, I started my own Instagram account and started vlogging stuff involving fashion, makeup, and travel basically whatever I wanted. Makeup makes me feel more confident and try new products. I never really saw dark skin girls trying out makeup products and influencing growing up. I hope that my vlogs will make others feel more confident in their own skin like I do now. Vlogging gives me another perspective on things; it allows me to be more open. When I travel, I get to try new foods and experience different cultures. Trying out new products and clothes takes me out of my comfort zone and makes me better and more confident me,”said Freshman Gabrielle Destine.
